Development originate?
In 2001, a superintendent of a local school district approached us and asked, “With all the complex rules our state mandates on professional development training with teachers, why isn’t there a better tool to manage it?” That sparked our interest to find a solution that easily worked with school districts across the country. Working with administrators and teachers, KALPA PDMS was designed and developed.
After you have a signed letter of agreement, our team will have an implementation meeting to review the system and discuss setup and configuration, including the data we need to load. We load and configure your personal school district environment and you can then log in and will see all of your administrators, teachers, buildings, requirements, etc. all configured and ready to go.
Our feedback from past installs is that it was extremely easy. We can share our best practices for the best way to roll it out to the teachers. There are many ways to do this, but most districts distribute a simple getting started guide that we provide, and that’s all the teachers really need. We also can do a customized screencast video if needed.
